Ipamorelin and Bone Mineral Content Research In 13-week-old female Sprague-Dawley rats treated continuously for 12 weeks, Ipamorelin increased bone mineral content as measured by dual X-ray absorptiometry (DXA), with pQCT analysis showing the increase in cortical BMC was attributable to increased cross-sectional bone area rather than changes in volumetric bone mineral density
Its cause is the enhanced production of melanin which is eventually impacted by changes in hormone levels due to any reason
